We are pleased to announce that admissions are now open for the academic year 2025–26 at Jubilee Memorial Bible College (JMBC), Chennai. As an interdenominational, evangelical institution committed to training servant leaders, JMBC continues its mission to equip individuals for effective ministry and discipleship.
Academic Programs Offered:
JMBC offers a range of residential and online courses designed to cater to diverse ministry needs:
Residential Courses (English):
- Master of Divinity (M.Div.)
- Bachelor of Theology (B.Th.)
- Diploma in Theology (Dip.Th.)
- Master of Divinity – Upgrade (2 Years)
- Certificate in Theology (C.Th.)
Online Courses (English & Tamil):
- Post Graduate Diploma in Theology (PG Dip.Th.)
- Diploma in Theology (Dip.Th.)
- Certificate in Theology (C.Th.)

Admission Requirements:
- Sponsorship: Applicants must be sponsored by a church, mission, or established Christian organization.
- Educational Qualifications:
- For B.Th.: Must have passed the 12th standard or Pre-University Examination.
- For M.Div.: Graduates from a recognized University or B.Th. graduates with at least a second class. Mature candidates (at least 25 years old) with a 12th standard qualification may also apply.
- Residency: The B.Th. program requires three academic years of residency. M.Div. applicants without prior theological education must complete three years; those with a B.Th. or equivalent may complete in two years.
Application Process:
- Application Fee: A non-refundable fee of ₹200 is required.
- Submission Deadline: Completed applications should be submitted by May 23. Late applications will incur an additional ₹100 fee and must be received by May 30.
- Required Documents:
- Completed application form
- Three passport-sized photographs
- Photocopies of academic records and certificates
- Migration/transfer certificate (if applicable)
- Written testimony of Christian experience and commitment
- Purpose statement for pursuing theological training
- Medical certificate
- Letters of recommendation
Interview and Qualifying Examination:
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to the campus in the first week of June for an interview and qualifying examination in English, General Knowledge, and Bible. Board and lodging will be provided during this period. A pass in these exams is mandatory for final selection.
